Love the truck, but a few things are not right.
The drivers seat easy entry/exit is poorly configured. If the engine is running, (Dog inside) it moves the seat and steering wheel into driving position as soon as I open the door and start to climb in. This is particularly annoying if using my wife's key fob. "Settings", as it moves way too far forward.
The HVAC provides cold air, all the time Even when set at 75ºF. To make matters worse, with fan set at 1, it will blow hard at a 3 setting randomly. Blowing cold air hard, when i don't want it. Turning HVAC off and on fixes the random weirdness for a while. Also AUTO does not achieve the pre-set temp. It will blow cold air even when I want 78ºF. I can get warm air if I select a temp over 80.
In other words, it is impossible to manage interior temp accurately. And every single 2024 F150 I've test driven does the exact same thing. Auto is useless and manual does not give full control.
Note: I live in South Florida, so it's hot out, and needing cold AC is the norm. But on a long road trip, I found myself asking for full heat just to warm up. Then battling the system in an attempt at keeping temps normal.
