2024 502a alarm going off - app says vehicle on but it’s off?

Well my 2024 502A decided to wake me up at 2am with flashing lights and the horn going off? First thought was someone is trying to steal my truck, so I ran outside to find no one! About 45 mins later it did it again, went outside no one, checked the cameras nothing!

the only thing I noticed is when I went to lock the vehicle through the app it failed and I noticed the app saying vehicle is on when clearly it’s off!

I’ve forced shut down the app, deleted and reinstalled the app and says the samething!

Has anyone gone through this, What was your solution!

Have you had someone check your vin for updates? Others have had random alarm issues in previous years. Check for other threads.

Turn off motion for the alarm and see if that helps. If it continues then most likely it needs a BCM update or new BCM all together.

It could be something very minor like an insect inside the cabin that moves at night, bad ground(s), if you have the twin panel moonroof be sure to close the cover.

This is happening to me right now every day around 230pm and then at 3pm. The alarm is triggered and the horn only goes off for a very short amount of time and then stops but the lights continue to flash. I don't know if my app is saying this or not. I will check the next time it happens. It also only happens when I am at work parked outside and never happens during the weekend when I am parked in my garage. The motion sensor turn on/off is a solution I think but it resets every time you shutoff the truck.
