2024 5.0 shifts hard into drive and reverse

Title says it all. You can hear a significant clunk noise as well as feel the truck jerk. Transmission seems fine when driving however. Im guessing this isnt normal? Video attached.

Is it a console or column shift? Engagement into Drive or Reverse with the 10r80 can be a little harsh when it's really cold. Does it still do this when it's up to operating temp? If so it could be a litle low on fluid. Ford has had issues with filling this transmission up correctly. Might be worth having the dealer check the fluid level next time you take it in for an oil change.

Console shift and it was a bit cold out, truck had only been running for about 6 minutes. It does still dp it when warm but gets quieter.
