Well I haven't even had my truck for 2 months and the modification itch is already here. I'll start this off with what I have already done and then what I'm planning/need advice for.

Truck Info: 2023 F150 STX SuperCab 2.7l 4x2; Optioned with 3.73 locking rear axle, 36 gallon fuel tank, front bench seat, 20" wheels, interior carpet, auto stop-start delete, Class IV hitch (53B)

Current Accesories/Forscan mods
WeatherTech FloorLiner HP for rear cab & sunshade
Ford front cupholder tray and integrated trailer brake controller installed
Forscan enabled front cornering lamps, lane keep sensitivity adjustment, TBC; disabled passenger seat belt warning, IPC splash screen, headlamp switch return to auto

Now next on the list I was looking into adding both a rear fog lamp and power inverter. Unfortunately my harness does not have the wire present at any point for the rear fog lamp. I had my hopes up since Bronco owners have successfully added the switch and had the wiring present, and Forscan does show options for the rear fog on my truck. I wonder if a wire were to be added from the BCM connector and the appropriate headlight switch was added would the circuit function or is the output lacking in the BCM as well? Don't feel like tracking down an OEM headlamp switch with the rear fog button just to find it isn't compatible.

For the inverter the good news is the factory 400w inverter wiring is present in my truck, including all the way back to the bed. I'm thinking of adding in the OEM dash and possibly bed outlets, and maybe an aftermarket inverter since it seems like there are issues with the OEM units. Does anyone have any advice on that? Whether I go OEM of aftermarket it would need to be ~400w range, the factory wiring is not heavy enough to support a larger one. I would like to do a pure sine wave and from what I gather the OEM units are not. I would think I should be able to hook up any inverter to the factory wiring under the rear seat. The original inverters do have a LIN BUS line going to the BCM, however the input and output power circuits are independent. I know other members have installed larger inverters with separate wiring, just not sure if there could be unintended consequences using factory wiring.
