Hello everyone,
We recently purchased a new 2023 F150 XL HDPP which did not come with the tow mirrors. Through our dealer, we ordered OEM Tow Mirrors P/N ML3Z17696BA

After about two hours of attempting, the dealer was unable to get them to work on the truck. They stated it was setting off multiple codes / lights on the dash and apparently the VIN of the truck does not fit this part when they looked it up. I am not sure what their exact attempts were to get them to work.
Anyone have any thoughts / ideas?
