2023 Drivers Side Mirror access panel

I have a rattle that seems to be coming from behind the side mirror access panel on the drivers side above the inside door panel. Does anyone know how to remove it without damaging it? I surmise that the wiring for the mirror may be loose and hitting on either the door itself or the access panel when hitting bumps in the road. Drives me crazy its a brand new truck and the dealer is 3 weeks behind to be able to look at it.

Get a plastic pry tool. It’s not hard to take off, and it’s built well; no need to fear breaking it.

I took both sides off on my ‘21 to tighten up the mirror nuts to fix a rattle. Start near the top, maybe an inch or two down. If you have BlueCruise, be careful on the drivers side since there will be a wire attached to it.

The easiest method for me is to just use my fingers and not any tools that would scratch the plastic. I just grab at the top and pry evenly. The bottom two clips are the ones that can break since they are plastic, but once the top clips are released you can easily get both hands in to hold it at the base to apply even pressure to pop the clips.

I pulled mine off to show you a picture of the back side and where the clip locations are
