Picked up my new Powerboost today and I am seriously impressed!

Got a loaner for the weekend which was a Lariat, which had a few more options (ventilated seats, power fold mirrors, adaptive cruise etc.) but still I'm impressed with my XLT.

Not a fan of leather and the cloth seats in my truck are very comfy and because they aren't black they stay pretty cool in the sun.

I didn't bother with the moonroof in the truck I had ordered (which I was told probably wouldn't be built so I cancelled) but I really like it. Nice breeze with the rear slider opened and not as loud as it would be with the windows down.

Really digging the electric only mode and the raw power when you want to hammer down.

I had the spray in liner, wheel well liners, mud flaps and floor mats added along with a tonneau cover. I'm adding the matte black tailgate inserts, hood deflector and window vent shades myself and along with the Tremor rims I'm going to put on it should look pretty sweet, even with the chrome bumpers, grille and handles. (You can't get paint match with the 6 seater)

Overall I'm stoked and can't wait to haul my 28' trailer down to Drumheller in a couple weeks to test out the tow capability and the ProPower system.

This is by far the nicest truck I have ever owned and hopefully I'll be able to hold on to it for years to come!!

I'll update the pics after I add all the goodies I've bought for it but for now, here's my beauty in its natural form.

Cheers y'all!

Congrats! Perfect setup for camper towing with the 6.5' bed, tow mirrors, Pro Power, etc. Loved being able to stop anywhere for the night on or trip from Iowa to the Oregon Coast earlier this year with our PB.

Not sure. Ended up having to take a loaner due to delays with updates etc. which was just as well because Ford reccomends not towing during the break in period (1600 kms)

I'll find out in a couple weeks as we're heading down to Drumheller for the weekend.

How's your truck working out for you?

What do you mean delays with updates?

When I went in to pick up the truck on Thursday it wasn't ready as they received a bulletin about an instrument panel update that took a few hours to complete.

Because I was leaving on a camping trip and needed a truck to haul it and some other gear they loaned me a 2021 f150 so I could still go.

It was a last minute update as the truck was supposed to be ready for pick up that afternoon. It all worked out better that way actually, as I was not supposed to tow during the break in period (as per Ford)
