All,
I have been looking to add some grill lights to my f150 but the options don’t seem to be that great. I was considering these from Amazon

Thanks!

I agree the selection is surprisingly slim, but just note that the ones you linked are not for Lariats. I guess the selection just got slimmer. ;)

There is also a thread somewhere on the forums with this option (LED strip under hood):

EDIT:

Thanks to reddit user u/CustardTime7957 for the idea in this reddit thread.
I installed an underhood LED light bar.
Took all of 15 minutes with the fuse tap.

Details are in the reddit thread in case there is anything I missed:

Here are the lights:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0BN53Z8Z1?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

The fuse tap (its a 4 pack, but you just need 1):
https://www.amazon.com/Gebildet-Circuit-Micro2-Holder-Harness/dp/B07ZV4LY54/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=3DVHSQPDP3EC7&keywords=micro2+fuse+tap&qid=1673489878&sprefix=micro2+fuse,aps,181&sr=8-3

The wire is pretty small, so I just cut both ends, twisted together and covered with electrical tape and heat shrink.

I also used fuse 21 (I had 5 10a fuses in a row and then a 20a, so it was easy to spot:
https://www.startmycar.com/us/ford/f-150/info/fusebox/2021#anchorfusebox0

You mount the light with the included adhesive (making sure not to mount upside down and to clear thoroughly with alcohol wipe to get a good stick). Tap into the ground (there is an 8mm bolt by the battery) and run the hot wire to the fuse tap. The 4 pack linked came with an extra set of fuses. Just make sure car is running (I tried to test the lights and like an idiot realized they didn't come on until I actually started the truck; they wouldn't come on if I just turned on the headlights with the engine off).

Glad with how it came out and it was only like $35.
Depends on your headlights. Halogen or Quad Led Headlights come with plug and play. The dynamic bendy LEDs require a tap but from the wiring diagrams and other comments from guys attempting and failing.... I have gone this way:

Thanks everyone!

@Ranger621
I like those the most so far. Definitely like the white color the most for all options.

I like the amber lights but really IMO the white LED matches the DRL and looks like its part of the truck.

That single line solid rope style LED in white would look like a continuation of the DRL.
