2022 keyless entry pad flashing randomly

I walk out of my house in the morning and my keypad is lit up and blinking. Ford replaced with a new keypad and it is still doing the same thing. My keys are 100 feet away. No one has tried to get into my truck. My battery is fully charged. I can still use my code to lock/unlock the door. Whenever there is light dew or any rain it will act up bad then for days. There is no water that seems to be getting into the pad or door. Is anyones keypad lighting up and having this issue? Ill look out my window at night to see it flashing randomly and constantly lit up.

mine started doing this tonight.sitting at a restaurant looked out and saw it...supposed to blink if wrong code entered 35 times, wonder if someones scanning, trying to steal it...will see if it still does it at home

Does the key pad still work if you have a dead battery? I don't want to find out in a parking lot in Timbuktu.

At least your keypad works. My 22 keypad didn’t work from the day I got it at Granger. Since I needed to drive back to Texas the day I picked it up I could not get it fixed before delivery. I need to find a dealer that will not need the truck for a week before they even look at it.

Adding my self to the list here. It's been doing it for 3 straight days now. Honestly going to see if it has its own fuze and just yank it for now. Not sure if that's a good idea or not, but I'm getting tired of the problems, don't feel like adding a dead battery to the list.

My 22 just started doing the same thing, I had washed the truck a couple days ago and it's been in the constant rain for the past three days

Update: my keypad just randomly started working. Lock and unlock all work all of a sudden. So strange.

It's Pre-dawn and I'm up because I'm an old man who can't go back to sleep if..........well, it's an old man thing.

Anyways, I saw something blinking and thought it was some kind of reflection off the truck, but sure enough it's the keypad. And it has a curious pattern. It pulses 19 times and then holds lit for about 2 seconds, then repeats the pulsing sequence.

Just wondering if anyone ever discovered any explanation?

I just noticed the other day that my keyless entry keypad is flashing constantly, while my truck was parked in my garage. Initially, I thought it was only doing this when the truck was locked but I left my truck unlocked and the keypad was still continually flashing/blinking/pulsing. This was happening with my FOB out of distance, so approach lighting was not activated. I also toggled approach lighting on and off to see if it would stop and it did not.

Anyone find a fix or determine a reason as to why the keypad is doing this?

I'm having the same issue on my '21 Lariat...haven't been able to find any solutions elsewhere. Tried looking to see if there was a fuse to pull that would reset the circuit, but diagram is unclear...hoping someone on here chimes in.

Would be nice if @Ford Motor Company would take a look at this thread...

Man my 2022 f150 is doing the same thing I live in Dallas Texas and it rained all day yesterday and tonight I looked out the door and saw the keyless entry flashing so I walked up to the truck and the ambient light in the back floorboard is on I tried to start the truck turn it off lock it and to no avail so if anybody has any ideas please let me know I'm going to go see the dealer Monday morning
