Do you know what the Module Built Data means in the BCE Modules? Do all 3 columns needs information in it to to be considered complete?

Reached out to Ford chat (I'm a glutton for punishment obviously) and system still says I'm on chip hold with an estimated delivery date of 10/7 . What was interesting is apparently there has been no system updates since in Aug 11th. You'd think they'd at least update their own tracking system more than once in 2months, but I guess that'd make too much sense.

An update saying nothing has changed would at least be better than nothing lol. I doubt it'll be here by Friday if it's still on chip hold today. In the case of "chip hold" - 10/7 is your ETA to get out of the current status.
When mine was on chip hold I got the "VVR" from my sales manager. This is what it looked like. Note the "ETA Disposition". I took that to mean "this is what the ETA is for"
Sure enough, my truck was "built" on September 16th (ahead of the ETA) and then the truck flipped to awaiting shipment, ETA of October 8 to 14 but with nothing in the "ETA disposition" column, which means that the ETA is now the actual delivery ETA.

I told them I understand they have no way to influence anything.
Do you have your "DORA" sheet? Don't know what's it actually called, your "Order Summary"? Should have your dealer code, order number, etc. on it?
If so, there should be a "Dealer Rep" name on it. Generally it's one of the sales managers (they're the ones that work with the Ford ordering systems, not the the sales people individually). If there's a name there that you don't recognize, reach out to them and say hello

NOW IT IS IN TRANSIT WITH DATE RANGE OF 10/13 TO 10/19 DELIVERY TO THE DEALER. WE WILL SEE IF THAT HOLDS TRUE. 2 TO 3 WEEKS SEEMS LIKE A LONG TIME TO GET FROM MICHIGAN TO WISCONSIN. NOT LIKE WE ARE NEIGHBORING STATES OR SOMETHING.?
