You can't hear it with stock exhaust. No difference in drivability, too. Should have done research before started modding. Or gotten a hemi Ram for the sound. 5.0 Coyote with single exhaust isn't really the best sound, no matter what aftermarket you put in.

Sport / Tow modes are easiest solutions, or manual.

The Ram with the #18969 sounds pretty darn good on a 5.7 Hemi.

There’s an aftermarket company out there that makes a module to disable V4 mode on GMC/CHEVY/RAM. Hopefully it’s only a matter of time before they make one for the F150’s!

I had one on my 2015 Silverado. Works well to disable cylinder deactivation for those with an aftermarket exhaust. Unfortunately, If the vehicle sits for more than two days, it also completely drains the battery.

@Graygoose2021 Is this for auto start/stop disable or cylinder deactivation disable?

Just stop/start...sadly. But for $90, it works! Even for me, Jeep, it left AC recirculation, etc the same as I left it.

Am I weird for not even noticing CD on my truck with a stock exhaust? I have less than 1k miles driving though. Maybe I’ll notice later.
