2021XL 4x4- radio knobs, buttons supposed to light up?

2021 xl 4x4 Radio knobs, buttons don't light up. Bought truck 2/2022. AC knobs/buttons light up. Thought they did at 1st.?!

I saw this post about trying to reset the BMS, the flash brights/press brake pedal 3 times with key on but engine off did reset the bms-battery light flashed 3x, but didn't fix the radio knob light issue. Will try locking the truck for 8 hours,...

My truck is the work truck supercrew cab, love the truck but would like to get this working, hoping it will be a simple fix.

I haven't looked into the fuses yet-someone had looked at theirs and mentioned they were fine. Will check if the above doesn't work.

I have the same truck as you but I can't recall if mine light up with dash when headlights are on or not. I will try to remember and look tonight.
