2021 Job 1 Trucks that aren't getting updates

Took my truck in this week and they replaced the battery and said they completed the latest software update, claiming everything should be good. I call bs, I don’t have the full screen for apple play, so that’s an indicator that the software hasn’t been updated. Can you see what or if they did any updates?

They didn't do a damn thing. They didn't even try to perform a single update. Your truck is still on Sync 20262 and in OTA purgatory.
