2021 hybrid - is red battery light normal?

2021 F150 powerboost. When I turn the truck on in accessory mode (not “ready” mode) there is a red battery light on to the right of the tach. The dealer says that is normal as long as it goes away when you start the truck. Is this true?

Its normal, Mine also does it. Manual states if it illuminates while driving then there is an issue. (Engine on/run position for us)
