Hey everyone,

2021 F150 lariat, no ccd, about 45,000 miles. 2" spacer lift on the front and 34" tires (have had this setup since the day I bought it.)
The steering has always been tight and flawless. Recently, I have noticed that when going over bumps my steering wheel will jerk or "push" to one side before correcting itself. Even with my hand on the wheel, certain road imperfections will push the steering wheel. I may be paranoid but at lower speeds my steering input seems much more sensitive now.
Anyway, I got an alignment and nothing changed. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Edit: Not all bumps affect the steering. It's fine on potholes and smooth yet uneven highway surface. It's generally where city streets or highways have had patch work. I've also noticed the truck is less stable when coming out of a bend on the highway, holding the turn and coming out of the turn straight...?
