2021 f150 Instrument Cluster Display

Went through car wash with undercarriage spray.

2021 f150 instrument cluster display frozen - display has lines running through it, like display went bad.

Anybody else have this issue?

Mine has been going black multiple times since I picked it up Saturday. No lines, it just seems to reboot. Everything goes black except the PRNDM in the lower left & the gear 1-10 below that.
You didn’t happen to get a call in the car wash did ya? Mine is somehow connected to making & receiving calls with Bluetooth connected. It’s going in Monday to be checked out.

Just happened to me too. I disconnected and reconnected the battery and it came right back up normal. Hopefully this won’t be a reoccurring event.

this happened just driving down highway yesterday, didn’t go through car wash or anything like previous poster and disconnecting battery for 30 minutes didn’t resolve. Anyone else experiencing this? The lines get worse the longer it is on but the right side of display always remains legible.

Bad LCD or Board all together. thats crazy though so new.. I have seen clusters like that before ut there is no for sure fix and any fix would require taking it out.
