2021 F 150 xlt 302a package issues!!

I recently just purchased a 2021 F 150 xlt 302a package with 36000kms on it 5.0 litre.
I have had the truck less than a week and seem to be having multiple issues. What I’ve read on this site seem to be battery related. Dome lighting not coming on when entering or exiting vehicle. Abs light safety controls, parking break light all come on at once. Hill Assist issues. Auto start stop not functioning. I’m fighting with the dealership right now to get things figured out. Figured someone here can educate me a bit more as to how I should proceed. Saving battery screen when I turn off truck was like that first day I received truck. I have videos and pictures and videos attached. Thanks to anyone for some insight.

Replace and upgrade your battery to an H8. Whether you do it or they do it I feel confident it will fix your problem.

Ok it does seem to be the general consensus, is there a specific battery you have used? And if so could you send a link much appreciated.

Go to Walmart and buy an H8 battery. Right around $200 and I believe the warranty is for four years, which is pretty good. we just bought one of these for my dad’s 2021 F150 roughly a month ago and he’s been satisfied with it.

New battery did the trick. Appreciate the reach out pal. My local dealership also gave a print out of past issues of the truck going back to November, battery issues back than, so it seems the dealership I bought off of was being a little bit neglectful.

Make sure you do the battery reset process after a new battery:

1. Turn ignition on to accessory power, but don't start engine
2. Flash high beam headlights 5 times. (Usually pull back on turn signal lever)
3. Hit brakes 3 times
4. Watch for battery light to start flashing

Yes, I took it to my
Local dealership to do the bms just in case the other dealership tries to pull some stuff. Everything seems to be working great. Very thankful they gave me the print out of passed issues. Went with my gut figured the bad dealership was withholding information. Now time for accessories.

I replaced my factory battery about 3 months ago with an H7 Interstate, resolved a few creeping issues. The factory batteries do not seem to be good quality.
