The truck I ordered went into production over night.

The truck I have my name on (a dealer stock order that was built 9/27) is released from holds and ready to ship, just waiting to be transported 15 miles west of where it's been parked and ready for over a week now...

I wonder which one will arrive first.

My 09/27 build got released for shipment yesterday morning and was at dealership about 4 hours later. Quick trip to Zeibart today and I’ll pick it up in the morning. I hope you all see some movement on your trucks soon.

As a bit of an aside, my tracker still has not shown shipped and in fact reverted back to “order received”.

Speaking of the tracker, my truck reverted back to “order received” as well, in the first update since built. I hope this means shipping is soon!

I'd prefer the 5.0 that I ordered, but the silver 3.5 Ecoboost has a moonroof and 36 gallon tank, so I'd be happy with either one. Plus, I'm really starting to like the silver with BAP package. I'm too antsy in my pantsy to wait another 3 to 6 weeks for the 5.0.

My build just arrived at the dealership yesterday! I'll share my timeline for reference:

Order: 7/22/23
Blend: 9/19/23
Built: 9/21/23
Shipped: 9/24/23
Arrived: 10/11/23

Also note that mine is a 5.0L 502a with spray in liner and moonroof (and heated steering wheel is back!). Doesn't seem like the liner or moonroof slowed it down much, if at all.

I can't believe you are still waiting for your retail order to ship and you're so close to the plant. Horrible mismanagement on Fords logistics team. The 5.0 is definitely worth the wait though. I love it on my XLT.

After the supply chain delay email yesterday I was bummed but today the status shows it was built yesterday! Not sure I believe it yet though.

My truck is sitting 2 hours away in rail yard in Illinois waiting for a truck hauler for past few days. So close yet so far.
