What were the parts that got replaced exactly? Were they both found faulty? My dealership said they won’t replace anything because it’s working when it’s warm. Well I live in MN and it’s cold 6 months out of the year and my door won’t open!Yea i was told the same thing when I first brought it in. “ well it’s not doing it now so it seems fine “ … happened again a day later so I drove the truck right through the front door of the dealership and climbed through the passenger side door to get out. They took the whole door apart and said the door latch assembly wasn’t working properly so they ordered a new one along with another part I believe. Issue was fixed and hasn’t caused a problem since. Go straight to the dealer next time it happens.
