Did you ever figure anything out? I also bought a 2021 PB Platinum and BC was never programmed. I was going to see if my dealer would do it or if I am better off buying a Mongoose cable and doing it all myself and getting 1.4.

I was told that you may need to bring your truck in to have updates.

What were the parts that got replaced exactly? Were they both found faulty? My dealership said they won’t replace anything because it’s working when it’s warm. Well I live in MN and it’s cold 6 months out of the year and my door won’t open!

How has it been holding up? I’m at a total loss. My truck is doing the same thing and my local dealership told me “it is what it is” I can’t even drive my own dang truck without hopping over the center console. What should I try and have someone replace? The door latch and power lock actuator?
