6k on my 2021 5.0 and I have coolant dripping off the oil pan onto the crossmember and into the floor. I thought at first it was just AC condensation but went under to have a look and felt it. Felt oily like coolant so shined a light under there and it’s the greenish coolant color..
Also found transmission line rubbing the front driveshaft. So great! Not very impressive so far after my first crawl under the truck. Anyone else had these problems. I searched but didn’t many hits other than the power boost coolant leak.

Coolant is orange in fords these days. I dont know what it could be. Maybe brake fluid is yellow green. But idk of any green fluids in these trucks. Maybe gear oil in front diff. I’ve been under mine to paint the weld spots and yokes. Havnt found anything rubbing Or outa place. The water cooled transmission system is kinda cool.

I know what is. It’s coolant.
seting up a service appt. I’ll update on what I find. One of the cooling lines from the transmission is mangled after looking more. I think something happened when it was built.

I would think if it was from manufacturing, it would have been leaking long ago. Hi pressure and all.

Hit some road debris or something.

Nope not me anyway. Nothing else looks like it was impacted by anything. It wasn’t leaking last week, now it is so something got to the pint of leaking over time. The mangled part doesn’t seem to be where it’s leaking either. It’s just to the left, running down the oil pan.

That is for sure coolant. At least on the bright side you know where the leak is coming from and what is causing the leak. I hop the dealer gets you taken care of quickly and doesnt give you any grief over it.

A truck, SUV. another SUV, and a sedan
Unlikely road debris. Looks more like someone wasn't paying attention at the assembly plant when they dropped the engine in

Dang! I also have a 2021 5.0 XLT for about A year and noticed the other day the coolant was at a minimum. Gunna check those same lines today to see if there’s any leakage
