I liked the ram when I test drove. The only problem I could find was that it had a Mopar engine, transmission and rear end in it.

When I signed up for this forum I did not realize that opinions were not allowed. I am only stating my initial thoughts on comparing 2 different vehicles. Is the FORD community so closed minded to other brands that anything other than praise for the product is not allowed? This forum is titled F150 vs... If you are so closed minded about comparison maybe you should stay out of here and spend time with others of your thinking.

From what I've seen GMC and Ram really have the interior game down and have for many years. Ford is years behind in that regard.

I do find the 2021 seats uncomfortable versus my 2011 I just traded but that seat had time to fit me. Still playing with adjustments trying to get it to feel "right."

On full-size trucks, GM just caught up on the interior game with their mid-2022 refresh. Not sure that a 2021 GM interior was much better than a 2020 F150. I'm sure we can all agree Ram is still on top for interior materials, fit, and finish.

Seat comfort is subjective; I find the seats in my dad's refreshed 2022 Sierra Denali Ultimate a bit hard but the seats in my F150 too narrow. I guess I have big thighs ?.

I recall the seats not being great in my 2011 until I figured out the right position.

I do feel like the 2021 seat is more narrow which doesn't fit the American population very well. That could be why I'm having some back pain as I'm supported more on the sides than the center.

I'm sure there are. About same with any forum.
I was on another Ram forum, more geared towards 4th gen...all pretty well got along.
Forums should be about sharing ideas....its all the same common goals.

Everytime someone steps up to the passenger window and I let it down to talk, or if I open that door to put something in or take something out and someone sees inside, I get a genuine response of "wow, that's a nice truck"

They didn't say it because of the exterior. It was that first glance at the cockpit from the open passenger side.

I don't really see what's inferior about the design and textures/materials.

And from the chief pilots seat, I'm rather enamored with the whole cockpit. It's so much a step up from my 2018, and dang near science fiction compared to my 2012, which I still have.

I think it's a handsome cabin.

And the seats are nice. It's a pickup truck!

You have my vote on the cabin, except for one item. Why still the tag hanging from the glove box. I don‘t think you will find many Canadian trucks with that attached. I’m sure through or have a valid reason

KR is not the standard model though.
Compare the mid trim models and Ram for many years had the lead on interiors. Ford has improved the past few years in response though.

Been happy with my Ford trucks overall though since I'm on my third. I saw coworkers with pretty Ram interiors have mechanical issues and lots of rust.

It's a personal trademark of mine.
When I traded my 1 year driven 2021 Platinum Powerboost in for my special order 2022 KingRanch Powerboost, the dealership trade-in evaluator asked me about the tag still being there.

I asked him, "does the truck not look brand new?" ?

If it ever falls off, I'll put it in the glove box. But it's been there for 54 weeks on this truck. It's my lucky charm?
