2.4Kw to 7.4Kw..conversion... I know I know...

So I was just looking around some junkyards local to me and I came across the OEM rear plug outlet assy with pigtails that goes into the bed for a 7.2kw PB and the OEM 7.2Kw PB hybrid converter for sale by themselves. I've read that this conversion hasn't been done yet and IF it could be done, it would be very expensive and who knows what all would need to be done. But just because I'm bored and was looking around, does anyone know what all would need changed to do this conversion as far as other hard parts as well as software for a 23 PB?

Looking at the sales pamphlet it looks like it would just be the harness and the actual inverter. Seems the transmission is the same, and battery is the same...at least according to this picture...
