Check the palsapp.com website. You have to do some magic to the website to see the VIN search, but once you do, you can at least see if they have moved your truck to the rail yard or began shipping it via convoy.

Do some searching on here and there is a thread about how to use Developer tools in Chrome to activate the VIN search bar through palsapp.

Gave it a shot. Was able to navigate to the correct area in the source code, but wasn't able to edit the code by any means. Guess I'll just have to sit and be patient or lower my standards and continue to bug my sales department for updates.

For the KC folks, this is what mine looks like right now. From what I found searching, the Argentine Ramp is where they get dropped for rail pickup. Now to figure out what rail line goes to Houston.

Do you see a ramp code on your most recent window sticker? I saw something about ramp/lot 59 was the chip hold lot for Dearborn. Someone can correct me if I am wrong.
