12in Black Sceen issue

Yes I know there are many that have had this issue and even with doing the soft resets its getting worse and worse. Has anyone had a resolve to this? How long did it take them to diag the problem etc? Thank you, any help would be apprecited

I’m still waiting to bring mine into dealership.
Does “flipping” your truck into neutral while driving bring the screen back?

I cant say I have tried the neutral way but if I hit the camera button it will bring it back. Wondering if that is a software issue? Curious if anyone has had this and successfully had it fixed.
