Stopped by my dealer a short time ago. Got a copy of the current status of my truck. Effective 01/23/22, it was put on Norfolk Southern, railcar # TTGX604265. The ETA is still 02/01/22 to 02/07/22.

Talked to dealer. No 0/72 APR don't understand how is possible.

Picking up on Friday to avoid Nor'easter.

I have a problem with this also. We know from this forum that some folks are getting the 0%/72. Of course, 0%/60 would be acceptable to me.

I wasn’t for sure. I know they have a offload there then they also have 2 in Baltimore but I don’t see them off loading a vehicle there for VA unless it’s northern VA.

I just looked. There is definitely a automotive off load facility in Petersburg.

I'm getting anxious. No updates from anyone. ETA from Ford Tracker is still 1/29, but the tracker hasn't worked for me today and only works about 30% of the time now.

I wish I had a rail number to track, but I don't want to bother Chip at Granger with any emails or phone calls. I know they are swamped.

Tracked my truck from DTP to Kansas City via rail in December. Canadian National to just west of Chicago. Canadian Pacific to outer Kansas City area. Kansas City Southern to the KC rail yard. Took about a week to get to KC rail yard, then almost 3 weeks to get to Granger. I could not find it anywhere until it was delivered to Granger, Chip calls it the black hole. With the railcar # Canadian Pacific was the easiest to track 888 999-8111
Edit: Now that number will not work for me.

Unfortunately, Norfolk southern tracking not working at this time. I was not able to track at all, till truck was delivered to Delaware Ramp, then United can show truck was ready for pickup.

Wasn't yours a converted 21 order? They didnt honor the 0/72 or 3500 PCO for converted orders?

How did it work out with your trade?

No this was fresh 2022 order.

I am happy with trade, not a great offer but also, I am not paying full sticker either.

Does seem odd if you can do either when ordered or delivered how hard can it be for them to figure out. Since it really doesn't affect the dealer why wouldn't they do it?

Lady’s and gents… I ordered truck in end of September and dealer said I’m locked in prices and financing from the time I ordered or I can choose the ones when truck arrives. Truck is not build yet and went to dealer to see what I got in there incentive wise, they ran vin through program and show 2 options first was at time of order which was 0% for 72 with 2k and second was from now which was 0% for 36m and 6.1k incentives. So he said pick whichever works for me better. So from what I seen hear dealer is just playing some of you guys without giving you that option.

Do you know your original order date and date dealer put the order in the ford system?

Where’s your dealer? Did they pull a smartVincent report for you? Incentives that apply for you? Thought the 0/72 would’ve been attached to your order and vin.

F*ck Ford and the dealerships for being sloppy and misleading with their advertised incentives/rebates. I feel sorry for anyone who had to go through that sh*t just like i did.

Picked up the truck today! Already needs a bath from drive home. Dang sand/salt!

Installed Husky liners and the Kia Homelink rear-view mirror.

Welp, my truck awaiting shipment had it's ETA moved from 1/29 to 1/31. Who knows if it's defaulting to the end of the month or an actual date.
