Actually hung up and called back and got an answer within 15 minutes, i was curious if they could see my build info. They directed me to martiauto.com but that only works up to 2017.

They got to me after a short hold too.

Generic "in production" status and no PCOs.

If my truck is on a chip hold for those adjustable pedals I am never going to hear the end of it from my wife. On the plus side she is sarcastically floating the idea of ordering a Raptor R to see if we get it before the Tremor.

Now do i refuse deliver because no max recline seats on an $80,000 truck and wait another 3 months or just take it?

If you haven't done so, make sure you sit in a truck with the max recline seats. I found that something about the seat was less comfortable to me. Something about less padding all the way in the back of the seat cushion.

My issue is they added a $1000 option without my permission which they now expect me to pay for (adaptive steering) and removed a $340 option which i actually wanted and are basically saying tough luck

Ah, I didn't understand that they added the adaptive steering. That sucks, but there was a point where Ford wasn't allowing orders on KR, Plat, and Lim without adaptive steering.

I can only speak to my own experience of test driving two trucks back to back, one with and one without the max recline seats. Granted one was a king ranch (regular seat) and one was a platinum (max recline). I personally found the regular seats to be more comfortable, but that could have been that the King ranch seats and plat seats are different.

My KR is not scheduled yet when I put order for both trucks at the same time, why, I don't want to pay for Adaptive steering.

Mine supposedly shipped on 12/25 and palsapp is still pending with no new info. I’ve checked United and Cassens too, nothing on either of their sites either. We will see if it actually arrives by the end of this week as scheduled.

Palsapp has continuously said "VIN Number Not Found" for mine, so hopefully that means it is going through another carrier.

It might be worth a quick call to someone (don't they have corporate regional reps?) With a little pull. Maybe he can rattle their tree a little. With dealerships struggling for allocation there's an awfully big incentive to "accidentally" mess up an order they can flip for additional markup, and probably penalties if they fuck around.
