So two things you might try. See if you can create an account on your phone. There was one trucking company that you could create an account for using your phone, but not the web. It's possible they've closed that ability. The other would be to call the Customer Care number for United listed at https://www.unitedroad.com/contact.

Good luck - my truck has been located just 1 hour from the dealer for a week now and I have no idea who might be moving it.

I am on 12/20 list just piggy backing off this thread, i was actually able to get in touch with United Carriers on facebook and they said they can provide me tracking info tomorrow when back in office

You able to share the program numbers for each of these? Haven't heard of the X-Plan cash incentive yet.

This should be the program numbers (amounts) & descriptions for what I used. Keep in mind these were based on a 10/22/21 order conversion date:

14018 ($500) --- Q4 Cash
37866 ($750) --- College Program (grad degree)
38150 ($1,000) --- Custom Order Bonus Cash
38276 ($3,500) -- Conversion PCO
91736 ($600) --- X-plan

I would assume that if it has already shipped it's probably being done by someone other than Jack Cooper.

I checked your VIN on United Road and it actually returned a load but i don't have an account to see any further information.

You can also check Cassens as well but you will need your dealer number (Sales Code) which should be in the top right hand corner of the build sheet that has the order number and other information. You can also look up your dealer number on Cassens website.

No it just indicates that the VIN is in their system. From what I’ve gathered from others on here just about all VINs show up in palsapp regardless of whether it’s being picked up by them. United and Cassens have typically only shown information for a VIN that they are actually going to be transporting.

Is it annoying? Yeah. But I'm not letting it get to me; I spent $14 at Walmart and I have the led license plate bulbs back. I have the last parts coming Tuesday and then I'll add back the temp controls/cupholders/media bin/glove box.

I'll still say it's better than going GM and watching them take out heated seats. While I would've even preferred paying Ford another $500 to get the parts factory vs myself; not the end of the world. I'm happy with my new truck.

Temp control I got on eBay. Unfortunately the eBay sellers have caught on. Were $250 when I bought, now $300-500 range: ML3T-18C612-DE (for mine; will vary if you don't have heated wheel/seats/etc).

Cupholder swap; requires 2 led parts + a custom wire harness. I bought an entire cup holder assembly w/LED off a wrecked truck I'll be trying. See here: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/...up-holder-light-install-4.html?ispreloading=1

LED license plate: should be 2x basic 168 LED bulb. You can get the Sylvania one for like 7 bucks at Walmart. Auto parts/amazon seems a little overpriced for em.

Media bin + glove box light is another harness from the same person above. Ford was kind enough to leave the holes and design a plastic plug for the media bin one ?

Disclaimer on these two; both are less proven than the cupholders. One guy was working on it; I didn't get an update on completion. I also can't promise the glove box p/n is right.

So far I've only done the license plate lights. Waiting on the media bin + glove box light, hoping to get it this week. I want to do all the interior work at once. Those I just ordered from a local Ford dealer, didn't have luck on eBay. You can order from a local dealer or one of the big one ones (like Fairway Ford, Lakeland, etc)

How are you seeing that it’s been sitting there? Hopefully mine is with it, was supposed to be delivered by yesterday, but with the weather they’ve had who knows.

There are a few users here that work for the rail companies. I asked one of them to check on it for me. I have not heard back from him after his initial DM about the status of it on 1/3.

They got an inch of snow on Friday (after we got 8 in TN, so hopefully they are moving the trucks). Saw one post with a rail yard (not MD) that had 48 rail cars still waiting to be unloaded, and only 2 guys unloading the cars. So if we're lucky both of ours are on truck heading south to Woodbridge.

I haven't heard much on mine. Hoping my dealer gives me an update tomorrow.

Me too - you may need to tell him a guy in TN is asking for the status.
