It’s never good when the district sales manager doesn’t know what a status assigned to a truck means. Something tells me my 2021 was damaged and the shipping company is playing dumb.

That would not surprise me. My truck sat built and in holding somewhere for over two months. When it did arrive it had body damage on both doors drivers side. A comment my dealer made to me was damaged trucks get passed over by drivers because 1) they don't want to risk getting blamed, 2) They don't want the extra paperwork. Sucks and just makes a bad situation worse.

If I was you, I would have a 22 ordered. Unless it came in soon in perfect condition and I was totally in love with it, it would be a hard pass for me on a 21 at this point.

I’d be waiting till fall for a 2022 if I canceled.

Oh they can deliver it with body damage and knock money off and fix it. Doesn’t bother me.
but apparently there’s a bunch of vehicles with the same status so they are looking it up to see what it means.

WOW that sucks. I had a friend that ordered a Silverado that arrived with body damage. The dealership bodyshop made an effort to correct damage only making it worse. In turn they got another body shop to make an effort to get it done. Long story short,after the truck went through 3 body shops the condition worsened so he decided to trade it back into dealer for a truck on the lot in stock. When they appraised the truck thjey told him that they couldnt allow him book value because it had been repainted,therfore affecting the value of the truck. A can of *ss whooping should have been open then and there.

So my truck is currently 3.5 hrs away.
it is leaving that city and going 4.5 hrs away. This is pretty comical at this point. It wasn’t close enough to deliver the last 4 weeks so they are moving it further away.....

It’s a head scratcher for sure.

The Sylvania 194 LED bulb from Walmart or Advanced worked perfectly for around $7 each. Color matches up pretty close and not too bright on the camera (although a little brighter than factory I think). I don't think they touch the lens but I may double check now that you mentioned it. Thanks...lol.

I ordered and installed the Husky wheel well liners. Loving them so far!

Do you still like these? This is the next upgrade I’d like to do. I wasn’t sure if the Sylanvia ones are good enough since I can pick those up today or if I should order the ones recommended I’m a few links in this thread.

I have not had any issue with these. Still going strong.
