Does anyone know if palsapp updates at a specific time of day or if it could update at anytime 24/7

I know my destination was updated Monday Morning for me. But I've been refreshing once an hour since then and it hasn't move from Pending. I did find a load of vehicles that was delivered to my dealership yesterday and that was updated as Delivered 12/20. Of course it had 3 2022 F-150's on the truck and none of them were mine. I'm not sure if they enter the trip number prior to delivery or post delivery, however I know once you see that it has to be close to being delivered.

According to email from Ford, mine has shipped since 12/10. But no update till now.

Long time lurker...first time poster.

I ordered my 2021 F150 XLT on 9/27. It was switched to a 2022 at some point. Got an update yesterday from the dealer that the delivery is scheduled for 12/26. Last update it was schedule for 12/20. I have not received emails from Ford but I think that is due to the dealer not putting my email in the system. I could track and it and see the window sticker for a while but that's all went away for the last couple weeks. Here is my order:

2022 F150 XLT 4x4 SuperCrew Carbonzied Gray Sport 3.5L - 302A, 3.55 rear, FX4, tow, 360 camera, Moonroof, extended steps, co pilot assist 2.0, sliding rear window, interior work surface, B&O, adjustable pedals, ext tank, bed utility package

Question....does everyone that was switched from a 21 to 22 get the $3500 rebate? I am supposed to have the $1000 rebate for ordering and 0/72 locked in according to my dealer. I also have a personal coupon/rebate of $2000. I hope all this can stack???

This sub typically has the most information for tracking. Does anyone here know if there is a way to track a truck that is on a chip hold? Like when it’s going to be finished and shipped? Sitting in a lot in Kansas Speedway is not telling me when I’ll get my truck.

Im not sure ford even knows when it will be finished. When the built your truck, they were probably not expecting to have to put it on a chip hold in the first place.

I'm starting to question my delivery date for tomorrow. Palsapp has not changed at all. Not sure if it will change the day that the truck gets loaded and starts moving, or if it changes in advanced. I dont want to wait after Christmas :'( lol (Not really complaining, I know there are people wondering if their truck will even be built yet.)

I was emailed a delivery recipe but turn out it wasn't my truck different vin.

Yes, I know via toaster, that it was in the state on a train. So I assume it's waiting to be unloaded and put on a truck. So it will likely sit for a week or more and I will be getting a 21 in 22 so I am not pleased about that.

Got a somewhat odd update from my dealer yesterday (I had to ask, of course). I had received the "shipped" e-mail from Ford, with an ETA to the dealer between 12/21 and 12/27. Yesterday, he sent me a screenshot from the "confidential" database that Ford has, and while it still shows "in transit", it now also says "Delay - Conveyance Mechanical Failure (Canadian National Railways)", but they still show the ETA as 12/21 to 12/27.

I guess the train broke? Also, some of you with more railway experience might be able to answer this - any idea why Canadian National Railways would be involved in transporting a truck from Michigan to Arizona?

So I just checked Pal's App and my status has changed to "Dispatched" I'm guessing that will mean it will be delivered today or tomorrow! That confirms that they do update the status when something happens rather than at a specific time during the day!

I'm no expert but I know they operate a cluster of the railway network right around the area the plants are (can find maps of this online), so it wouldn't surprise me if your truck starts its journey on one of their railways and then transfers to something else later down the line. They aren't just a Canadian company, the do operate in parts of the US.
