Lol my ford app just came active.... funny that my truck is already on the train!

What should I be looking for on the app? I tried on Friday and the app couldnt find my VIN. Today it found my truck but i cannot activate the vehicle. I assume that means we are making progress?

Eventually a blue button will show up that says activate my vehicle. Doesnt do any good until you have your truck

Ok, blue button is there but when I click it I just get an error dialogue box.

palsapp updated with the destination for my truck. Still pending. Looks like they is in transit now.

Dealer update yesterday that it was at Ramp 51 in Flat Rock, MI. Email from Ford this morning that it has shipped; estimated arrival at my dealer 12/21 to 12/27. These dates are still consistent with the date range provided with my “your truck has been built” email received from Ford last week. Tracker still doesn’t work... with luck, I won’t be obsessing over that in another week or so!

Anyone know if there is a way to track a BNSF rail car? I see numbers listed for other railroads but not BNSF.

I have never received any emails during the entire process. Last I knew as of last week via @TurboToaster was it was on a rail car. I will be reaching out to my dealer today to get an official status and see if they will let me start the paperwork.

I've got a few updates going out this morning but unfortunately I'm not getting as many details as I'd hoped. Also looks like I'm only going to see updates once a day. Some trucks are definitely starting to move from the plant though, so this is a good sign.

Weirdly mine appears to be at the ramp waiting for rail pickup, but I still don't have the Activate button in FordPass ?

Edit: Updates sent. Did some additional digging and some appear to be moving on trains now! Hopefully will have more updates for people tomorrow.

I am east coast, but if you pm me your VIN I can check it for you. We usually still have some visibility on movement for other roads.
