Here was the reply, kinda contrary to my dealer say it was "Produced" and awaiting shipping.
I got it checked for you. All I needed was the VIN. Thank you, Ken. Looks like your vehicle is currently in production, meaning it is being built at one of our factories. After you have taken ownership of the vehicle, you will be able to add it to your Ford Owner account. Your dealership would be able to tell you more detailed information on your vehicle.

Not to worry. You can also contact our New Vehicle Support Team (NVST) at 1-800-334-4375. Their hours are 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST (Monday-Friday). They should also be able to provide you with more insight on production times.

They told me the same thing despite mine being built already. I've tried a few times in the past and they said my order was also waiting to be scheduled at one point when it had already been scheduled and locked in a build day. Their responses are pretty copy-paste. They just can't really view that much about your order status compared to the dealer or the Marketing team ( the 1-800-334-4375 number).

Thanks for the confirmation, my gut was telling me I was getting the level 1 call center tech on the line and not to believe it.
I've bugged the Marketing Department in the past and will definitely try them if theres no good news by Wednesday.

Ford order status got updated with 12/6 in production and ETA got updated with 12/26. Looks like the 3 days downtime pushed us out a bit.

I couldn't resist the urge, after getting the infamous invalid vin/order error on the tracker again this morning I called Ford Marketing Department and got the following update. Primary Status shows In Production Secondary Status shows Produced with an ETA of 12/27/2021.

The Modules have now populated as well!
Awesome! My modules have populated too! IT'S ALIIIVE!!!

For whatever reason, my Fordpass app has not updated with the Activate Vehicle button yet, but still - progress!

for some reason, the ford tracker doesnt work for me. when i entered my info, it just refresh and had both boxes blank again. You guys have that issue?

Thank you for the reminder- I've been checking everywhere else - nothing on any of the trackers, can't pull up my window sticker, and nothing on the FordPass app yet - but I forgot to check the modules. I just checked, and it looks like it's finally alive! ?

Thats a new one for me.
I always get "We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN".
Even the lady with Ford Marketing got it when she tried on her end, her response cracked me up, "Well hell, I know it exists because I'm staring at it in my system, I'm sending this over to IT" ??? She did indicate that Ford is doing a lot if work on their "IT systems in preparation for the new 2022 launches". So maybe all of our hunches are correct and one day poof everything will work.

Yep. sounds like it. Go figures, Ford offices are closed. Everybody's teleworking.
