I read a few did. I plan on getting the led on f150leds.com

Is it as simple as changing a bulb on these?

Anyone one got a part number?

194 or 168 and make sure it says LED on pkg. You can see the difference in the bulbs in pkg. LEDs dont look like a conventional bulb. On the Sylvania LEDS 194 they are polarity sensitive. Plug them in while they are on to make sure they work. If it doesnt work rotate bulb 180 degrees and it will work. Thet actually make a whole license plate replacement with housing on American Trucks. A little bit pricey but look SO MUCH BETTER

So both fuse boxes? Under the hood and one on the passenger side ?

I've only heard of it being an issue with the engine bay box, but wouldn't hurt to check the interior one.

No also works on older models. A commonly used bulb for license plate and instrument clusters on models all the way back to the mid 70s. Should be easy tofind at ant parts store

After some research, looks like the LED version of the 194, 168, and 2825 are all the same bulb. Cool white, 12.8V, 0.5W. Available at Wal-Mart for about $7 each. I'll be picking them up this weekend (if we are not under the snow lol).

Yeah I bet. When you turn on the zone lighting in the back it sticks out like a sore thumb lol. Do the colors match up pretty well?

Just looked on Amazon. They have several choices much cheaper, like a pack of 10 for $8.49. Ordered some today to add to my parts pile waiting for the truck to get here.
