I'm glad it works for someone but I am surprised. When I talked to Ford chat they were aware that it was not working.

I took delivery last week and it was working then. If broken since then I a, not sure

Anyone know how long it takes for delivery? My dealer confirmed production of Nov 22nd. Then said the truck will arrive here (FL) between Dec 5th and Dec 11th. I feel like Nov 22 to Dec 11th is quick to build and transport the truck from Dearborn to FL.

Just FYI, my truck was produced 10/27. I am expected to be on chip hold until 11/28 and that is a random made up number by Ford.

The shipping process can take anywhere from a few days to over a month.

Very reassuring LOL! I also ordered an Expedition on Sept 27th and haven’t heard anything. They don’t make these processes easy.

My biggest complaint is that I can order a pizza, know when it is made picked up track the delivery and that shows up at my house usually within a few minutes of when they say. Meanwhile, you order a 70 K vehicle, tracking the process is unreliable and there is no way to get an accurate date within even a month of actual delivery, every representative gives a different answer, and the price goes up as you are waiting.

That’s a completely fair complaint. Their process seems disorganized at best. Hopefully I can keep these vehicles for a couple years so I can stay away from this stressful process

Negative. I think it's still a bit too soon. I believe they typically show up at the start of your production week or at most a few days before.

Precovid people mostly bought off the lot so this tracking wasn't really that big of a deal. And the chip holds that breaks FIFO also wasn't a thing

Well, they’ve had plenty of downtime to figure out a decent tracking system, or at least a small CS department to keep people updated outside generic emails every 45 days.

if it helps any, my blend day was the 9th and the VIN appeared on the 1st. so maybe yours will appear around the 14th ??
