Got it last night and just finished setting everything up.

A few things I’ve noticed so far:
- The running boards are very loud. Anyone else’s noticeably louder than previous year models?
- Almost impossible to stay in electric mode from a stop unless you’re the only person on the road and have forever to accelerate. Once you’re up to speed you can stay in electric as long as you’re on a flat road and not going much more than 60 or so. The nice thing though is that you can’t really even notice when it switches from one mode to the other if you’ve got the stereo playing even at a low level.
- The braking isn’t as bad as as I’ve read. Doesn’t feel all that different from my last truck.

Side note, I can confirm that the bedcover and bed mat from my 2016 both fit perfectly!

Congrats, Nice truck! and Yes, Power running boards are loud. I drove about 100 miles mixed city/highway and it shows 7 miles electric. I only noticed about half of those. Transition is real smooth. I agree on the brakes, feels normal to me. I think some people just have to find something negative about everything. The ride is better than my 2018 and it was not at all bad. Great truck with nice refinement from my last.

And, the transmission shift MUCH smoother than my 2018. My 2018 absolutely hated to use 4th gear, even after SB reflash. It would hesitate between 3rd going into 5th, up and down. the only way to get it to use 4th was a full-throttle run. The new truck is much more linear, even while skipping gears.

Really loving mine so far—and I swear my kids are more excited by this truck than if I’d come home in a Ferrari. :ROFLMAO:

The only thing that’s driving me nuts so far is the easy entry/exit—my settings menu won’t let me turn that off. The slider/toggle is there, but it won’t do anything. Is there a way to enable that selection that I’m just missing?

My tonneau is stuck in FedEx shipping purgatory right now, somewhere between Nashville and here. It was supposed to arrive on Thursday but now just shows as “delayed“. Ugh. First world problems, I know, when so many haven’t even seen their actual trucks yet…but still a little aggravating.

For those wanting to see a couple interior pics—here‘s my Dark Slate Lariat.

Could it be that you haven’t saved a memory setting on the door yet?
