10 speed transmission issue

2021 PowerBoost with 16K miles. Sometimes, when downshifting it feels like I've been rear-ended. Haven't yet figured if there is a common denominator.

Traded in a 2016 Lariat with 6-speed and am really hating life because of it.

Had local dealer apply TSB 21-2407A yesterday. Immediate improvement with shifting issues. Not sure if it's my imagination or not, but seems to take quite a bit longer for the truck to go into electric mode.

Getting on for 2k miles since the reprogram was done and it seems to be holding fine - the transmission has lost the surging/jerkiness of the 1-3 upshift.

This has been covered in another thread. Personally been there done that with dealer to no resolution. Master Tech in truck, sensors on drive train etc BS!

Unfortunately, I’m in the 99.9% not bubba / FX4 group. Special ordered my ride with max tow and other options that even today are non existent for sale at any dealership. Dealership searched for months on my requirements while in build cycle…Zero! Ended up with a subpar vehicle. Someday it will be gone and some other lollipops problem.
