Just got the first official email on an update for ETA change, though I’ve had many ETA changes via Ford chat. This email doesn’t align with any ETA updates the chat has given me which is really odd.

Wow, halfway through that estimate... how nice of them to inform you?

I believe that’s in the dashboard right?
I could very well be wrong, but I thought the productivity screen was the console.

I thought 8" was the standard option. I'm wondering if the sticker is just wrong...time will tell. But it would be nice if I actually DID have the 12" screen or if I could get the screen based on the sticker showing it as such. :)

Do you see 12 inch under the functional? Like this window sticker?

If so you got the 12 inch screen.

So this is interesting. I was in build week 11/21, built 11/23 pending shipment 12/4 through 12/10.

I pinged Granger on Monday and the new ETA was 12/9 through 12/15.

if your truck was built in Dearborn then maybe we will be traveling together.

BTW I recieved the following from my inquiry from Granger:

So based on this info, and the email. I think their ETA is not to the dealer but rather when it gets picked up.

My best guess, providing it is actually shipped this week, at best, it will be at Granger end of the month to middle of Jan.

give a week + for prep and I am looking at end of Jan for pickup. that is all best case though. IMHO

I had to replace wiring in my current 2013 F150 as the rear door locks stopped working and the door ajar alert wouldn’t go away. So close

We need others to chime in, but I think your theory holds! My truck is at the Dearborn plant. I could see the ETA email meaning its actually close to being picked up or actually has been picked up (considering its the first time getting it), vs the Ford chat providing estimates (new ones almost every day). When I asked Granger before, I didn't get the full report like you show, just the ETA row when I would ask for the VRR.

Now with that being said, I know others have said they DO get the ETA emails from Ford and are constantly changing. So who knows.

To be extra sure, what is your Trim and the trim level?
It just says Tremor series, Group 401A. I didn't think I would have the 12" productivity screen but the sticker made me wonder if I missed something...bank error in my favor sort of thing. :)

Per the order guide on standard equipment for the Tremor I see this:
*I just realized I think you were talking about the instrument cluster this whole time and not the radio screen size... Sorry about that. 402A would get you the 12 inch cluster.

I thought only the XL's and XLT's with 301 have the 8" center screen

The tremor seems to be a little bit of a hodgepodge as far as trim levels go. The 400 was an STX (more or less) the 401 was a 302, and the 402 was a 502+, as far as tech and trim goes. Obviously the drivetrain was different.

Or at least that’s how I make sense of it in my head

Woot, after 45 days awaiting shipment status finally flipped to Shipped (although there is no date by the shipped circle) in the tracker. ETA last week of the year... which I think is fiction.
