I see you are in NC and Wolfpack fan. I am in Wake Forest and my dealer received a '23 Platinum PB in Avalanche gray a couple days ago. My truck left Ohio yesterday and is currently in Roanoke, VA on its way to Winston Salem and then heading to Wake Forest. Ask your dealer to check VinView - they should be able to tell you exactly where it's at and provide a view on the map. Here is my map view:

Just reached out this morning to Ford chat. Literally was told yesterday ETA 12/5-12/11.

Now not even 24 hours later, new ETA is 12/20.

for the life of me I cant find a CHAT button, link, pop-up etc. I navigate thru the shop.ford.com tracking etc. there is a page telling all about the chat, but no place to start one.
called my dealer, he knows about as much as I can find out. not much.

So the ford marketing phone number is faster if you are that far down on a queue. They can also check to see if you have any incentives. It’s still the same info as chat which isn’t much. Here is the number if you want to call. 1 (800) 334-4375

well, after 10 mins of waiting they basically told me my vehicle has been waiting since 11/30, there is a delay with the shipping company, we cant tell you how long it will be or which company is going to transfer it to your dealer. please go to the Ford tracking site for more info.

Matt, mine is also in Pearland on a railcar as per Ford Customer Service. They did move my ETA from 12/14-20 to 12/9-16. However, that seems very unlikely based on everyone else's experience. It's hard to be patient but we have no choice. Hope you get yours for Christmas!

We might be railcar buddies. My dealer is saying 12/12 but who knows.

My issue is financing and selling my current one. My buyer backed out due to the wait and uncertainty and financing rate guarantee ends 12/15. I assumed that I was safe to sell and secure financing once it was 2hr from home

I hope we're convoy buddies, heading East on I-10 and very soon. I have a list of things I want to purchase for the new truck, but I'm not buying anything until it's in my driveway.

I drove by the lot (not close enough to see) earlier today on the way to South Texas to hunt.
Unfortunately, I already have wheels, Geiser springs, wiring harnesses with Baja Design lights and brackets, Bakflip MX4, and little stuff like the LED license plate lights and screen protector just piled up.

It’s driving me crazy thinking about how close the truck is considering how long I’ve waited. Just sitting in a railyard waiting for a short trip to the dealer…$1800 delivery fee pays 75% for storage and 25% mileage
