Anyone in this thread that was on chip hold been built yet? I’ve had no update since 10/24 when truck went into production besides being told I was on chip hold.

Ford Corporate really needs to up their game communicating to special order customers. I would assume that anyone ordering a F150 is on the hook for north of $60k and deserves a more accurate and transparent way of tracking.

Remove the negative battery cable for a minute or so and then reinstall

I have a wheel bearing going out. I feel like I'm riding in a ticking time bomb.

And my 22 has been sitting 'in production' for a month and a half. I'm happy for those of y'all getting your truck quickly, I just wish I could get mine, too!

At least a lot of you have a VIN. I ordered 8/12 and got confirmation e-mail from Ford 10/17. No further info. Really seems like there pushing out the PB. Anyone with 5.0 VIN??

Talked to Ford Chat today and asked about awaiting shipment released. Last time I talked to chat they said released but didn't know what that meant. So today she says she shows released as the secondary status. That reminded me that a few months ago waiting for a new explorer, there was a site that showed primary and secondary status. Like a chart or graph. Anyone know about this? Would secondary status mean where it is now or where it's headed?

Ford chat still has mine in a "arranging shipment to dealer" status with a 12/4 delivery ETA. No chip hold.

So I asked my dealer about the released status. He says it was received at the factory shipping yard 10/31 which was my "built" date. With an ETA of 11/18. Interesting because the original Ford email said built, ETA 11/15 to 11/21 so they have an new estimate which means nothing. I guess good news is, if it truly has been received at the shipping yard, they are done building it. Dealer says he will keep me informed when it starts moving.
