Just got an update from my dealer. My truck is on a rail car in at Blue Island in Illinois. Progress!

What was your built date and when did you finally ship?

Mine is at the last rail stop waiting to be unloaded. Guessing it'll be a week or two before getting to my dealer. They seem to get a load of vehicles every 6 days and some where delivered this morning.

That's awesome! Mine when being loaded onto a rail in Blue Island to delivered to my dealer in less than a week. Fingers crossed you have a similar timeline!

I just may get my truck by the current ETA, judging by the timeline of yours, but nothing is consistent nor makes sense with Ford?. A few questions and I’ll leave you alone, what was your original ETA and how many delays, if any, did you have?
My original ETA was 6/4 that kept getting pushed out with a current ETA of 7/22.

Mine just got off the rail to the holding lot. One semi truck away from my dealership. Hoping there was a few other trucks going so I'm not waiting to fill up the semi.

Well 7/9 is just about over so I chatted with Ford for a new set of dates and sure enough I'm pushed back to 7/19-7/25. Still in "Awaiting Shipment" status but no holds, etc.

I guess I'm just buried in that sea of trucks waiting for my turn.

I thought they would have gotten all of us the week of the shutdown. Proven wrong again by Ford. Already had plenty of later blend dates get to my dealership. But my time between order to vin was nothing compared to majority of everyone here.

Yeah, and re-reading the chat transcripts, those dates are dates "...anticipated to begin transit..." so that means sometime in August.

The small ray of hope I have is that the dealer VVR (or whatever its called) shows 7/22 with ”start” date of 7/16.
The previous one didn’t have a “start” date but showed an ETA of 6/22.
Not sure if that’s a good sign, ??.
I wouldn’t put too much worry in to the “anticipated“ wording, just sounds like “customer service speak” to cover their own butt.

Update: The priority code changed as well. It went from a dealer stock code (long sordid story on that for another time) to a customer code of 10.
I noticed these changes occurred a day or so after those emails to Nick. Nick said he would, probably more like delegated someone, to make some changes to the order.

Finally picked the truck up and it has far exceeded my expectations! It rides so smooth with plenty of power. The hybrid system is great in the city beating my old Focus RS fuel efficiency by 3-4L/100km (4-5 mpg). Can't wait for everyone to get theirs as well!

Heard from my dealer today my truck is finally in transit…should be here tomorrow I live 3 hours from Dearborn
