I found this site while trying to get more UTD tracking info.

My story so far...

I ordered a 2022 F-150 LARIAT SuperCrew 4x4 PowerBoost, 502A on 3/12/2022 from Fort Mill Ford in SC.

-Blend 5/1/2022
-Built 5/4/2022 - Email received
-Shipped 5/5/2022 - Email received

I was excited to receive an email from Ford saying the truck would be delivered between 5/28 - 6/3. Well that came and went. Then on 6/8, Ford sent another email stating delivery would be 6/15 - 6/21. Disappointed again.

I still haven't received a transit delay email after the last 'suggested' delivery date was missed, so I chatted with an agent today. Here's what the agent told me: "The vehicle has been received at Ramp 4F, Dixiana, SC and the current ETA to the dealership is July 6, 2022."

So the truck is sitting in Columbia about 100 miles from Charlotte. Hoping for the best.

Anyone else just give up on trying to get updates? Mine's been awaiting shipment since May. I don't believe there's any chip holds for me, and each time I ask for an ETA, I just get a "check in two weeks", and when I do - surprise! check back in two more weeks.

I'm in the same boat, mine has been sitting in Toronto waiting to get on a transport to Sudbury, every week the ETA changes and it seems like there is no end in site. The dealer i went with gets trucks that have been built a month ago but yet here i wait. Not sure what to think anymore as it has been 7 months now.

I got an email last night that my date is now 6/29 ‐ 7/5. Truck hasn't shipped yet though.

Also got an email early this AM saying 6/26 - 7/2 (guess it won't be Mon or Tue of this week). Yesterday during a chat, an agent said 7/6. It's just a guessing game.

Nice! ...and congrats! I'm kinda in the same boat with Order Tracker saying "Awaiting Shipment" and my dealer saying it'll be here this week. There's hope.

ordertrack.app showed delivered yesterday, but I couldn't get Ford's tracker to work (cleared cache, multiple browsers, etc.) I called the dealership a few minutes ago, and they indeed have it. They are detailing now, so I'll pick the truck up this afternoon.

It's been a long wait, but I know many people on here have been waiting for much longer, and still don't have good news. So, it's bittersweet.

Yeah I feel your pain. No one has any clue whats happening with my truck. It's incredibly frustrating. It's been awaiting shipment for 115 days and 12 hours

Hope you get your truck soon. Many of these wait times make absolutely no sense, especially when you see trucks built a month or more after yours being shipped or even receive?
