This person is probably just an intern or other CS rep that is not allowed to respond to such things without getting in trouble. Can call marketing line though and they can take your official complain and log it and even give you a case numberThere you go again with the reply to the happy post. I just called and complained too and got a complaint number. I feel like such a Karen but I don’t even care at this point. I just want my damn truck.I don't know if you can tie calls/chats to the way you are treated. But, shortly after I chatted, called, and filed a process complaint, my truck was finally shipped. A few days after that, I received a $2500 ECO in the mail. It just might be that they want complainers to go away, so they push you on through. I may need to up my noise now that the truck is just sitting at a rail yard in SC.
I did keep my complaint to process and communications issues. Can't complain about plant operations. But, just about every other step is rife for a complaint. I can 'Karen' with the best when it comes to my truck order. Let us know if you get something other than just crickets. I did like the ECO.I just called and complained too and got a complaint number. When did you get the ECO from the time you called and filed a complaint to when your truck status changed and the eco came in the mail? I’m curious. Truck moved almost immediately (within 2 days, if I recall correctly). The ECO came about 10 days later. Full disclosure, I did have a PCO expire at about the same time the ECO came in. The ECO was better than the PCO and has a 3 month window. Ahh okay! Smart Vincent? & yeah that’s not a bad idea. I’m waiting on mine for chip(s) smh, but my dealer is like 10 miles away from the Dearborn truck plant so I’m sure it’s not going to even get on a truck. I've been studying price protection from 9/1/21 and reorder on 10/15/21, which I think I'm good on, and incentive protection via Smart Vincent. I'm not home this week but plan on seeing the dealer early next week, I'd like to see numbers before the truck actually arrives. Get the conflicts out of the way before the emotions (and that new car smell) kicks my butt.

Was the marketing the "New Vehicle Support"? Every stage is just crickets. I would still be on a back lot if not for a friend. Supposedly, I have priority, but that means squat it seems.After both chat and marketing both give you BS answers, ask the marketing to file a complaint. I filed one, even received a complaint number. Since then, crickets. But my truck moved and I received an extra cash bonus via the ECO.
