My local Ford dealers have slim to no F-series and expedition. The kicker is Dodge, Ram, Jeep, Chevrolet are like 50% back to normal. So does Ford sell that much better or is Fords head stuck up a tail pipe?

Yea. Chat says completion 5/3 and Marketing and my dealer says arrival 5/3. Well it’s pretty obvious that in this case the chat is more accurate than my dealer or the marketing line since there is no way it’s getting to Vegas in a week when it’s not even out of production

Yeah, some more hilarious info from ford this morning. Marketing saying my truck will be at dealer next week. It hasn’t even shipped yet and has 1k miles to go.

The only fair outcome in my opinion is waiving the $1695 destination and delivery.
The fact that I am expected to pay that $1695 seeing as how my truck has sat a month, completely built with no holds, is the ultimate display of contempt Ford has for its customers.

How about honoring the $2K ECO I received for placing an order before 4/4? See your dealer about the fine print that says you ordered too early to qualify for this ECO and we aren't going to deliver in time for you to use it.
That's frustrating.

Yeah same and my dealer told me it doesn’t expire even though they say it does. I ordered mine December 20th so I’m hoping it doesn’t take 8 months from order to get it.

I just get super frustrated looking at other build week threads with very similar builds that have trucks shipping left and right.
Just saw a similarly spec’d truck on a local dealers website and am waiting to hear back if they actually have it in stock. More than likely a $5k local market markup if they do have it, but at this point I might just say f*ck it.

Yep. I’m seeing trucks arrive at my dealer and dealers around my area that were built on the same exact day as mine, or even a few afterwards. It’s baffling to me

Just spoke to a person at Ford Marketing. She said my F150 should arrive at the dealership around May 6th. That date has to be arbitrary, as the truck is still in semiconductor purgatory after it was assembled March 24th. Doesn't seem possible that the semiconductors can be installed at the Dearborn plant and the truck shipped to Phoenix in that time frame.

I watch my dealer’s site to see what they show in their system and can say they have two similar Platinum BAPs that show as dealer ordered, but when I pull them up in the tracker they have been awaiting shipment since early March.
But seeing builds multiple weeks after mine get built and shipped within a couple of days is very frustrating

Marketing tells me 5/3 to get to my dealer in Vegas and chat 5/3 to come out of production. So I’m leaning more to the production date being 5/3
