Anyone else having issues with tracking page this morning? Mine just keeps going back to the same page asking to enter order number and VIN every time I click "Accept & Track"

Happens to me once or twice a week. Usually seems like Mo day’s and Thursday/Friday for me

Well, after being told multiple times by dealer and Ford chat that I was not on chip hold, today chat “strongly” suggested I call New Vehicle Team. Apparently I have been on hold and despite an 01 priority, pretty much forgotten. I was supposed to ship today, but still showing “production”. Really starting to suck as I see later build weeks getting shipped. I realize mine may have different chips, but I am at 26 days hold and just finally being told.

That's bs, ford has been so disappointing with this process. They need to get it figured out.

Not to get my hopes up or anyone else's hopes up, but I've been constantly getting a Friday updated window sticker and I noticed that my sticker now says 4/19 and my chip hold ending date is also 4/19.. still nothing on tracker or ford pass, but I can dream can't I?

You won't know if its off chip hold unless you contact dealer or chat. The date at the very bottom of the window sticker changes every 7 days (usually on a friday) or when a change is made to the vehicle report. Which in my case could just mean my eta was extended, I'll ask tomorrow.

So now my next question (Rhetorical). IT appears that Lightnings are going into production next week. Since they want to have a good roll out, why do I feel all the chips will get allocated to the Lightnings. It also kind of sucks that I am seeing similar vehicles from later weeks that are shipping.

My sticker updated on the 13th and again today. Thats a day earlier than the last 2 updates. I dont think there is anything that shows holds on it. I of course am reading into a day early update for no reason. Chat told me a several occasions that my chip window is the 19th-25th

I'm fully aware of that date updating every week. Mine has updated every Friday since it went into production on 25th. This is the 1st Tuesday update in what 4 weeks I think its been

I had put my name on list for Lightning, but I am mainly getting F150 to tow and the range is not there yet. We just ordered our 2nd Tesla Model 3 (sold first for $2k less than bought it 2 years ago) and realistically, 320 is likely 300 unless drive 55 on 70 degree day. Towing expect to lose 40% according to people that tow with Model X. So down to 160ish. So we went with PB. Don’t get me wrong, they will be great around town and as work truck. Make sure you install a level 2 charger at your home. BTW, we spent right at $1k in electric to go 24k miles. Gotta love that.

Mine has been on Wednesday, its a day early this time, probably means absolutely nothing but my brain went into overtime thinking about it
