I can't believe it, I actually have an update to share. This truck will be delivered (not holding my breath on timing) on the 1 year anniversary of my original 2021 order lol.

So Ford sent an email that my truck “shipped” a week ago. But it still doesn’t show up as traceable in Palsapp or United Roads. Dealer advises truck is at Ramp 58 in Melvindale, Michigan - and is very unlikely to meet the 5/22 delivery ETA

just speaking for similar experience. My truck was at ramp 58, until Friday when I asked for arail car # and one was given, meaning my truck was on the way. I’ve been tracking it over the phone through the rail road and it’s in Kentucky on the way. Ford chat says it will still show ramp 58 as the last location even thought it’s technically not there. It won’t be updated on their end or the VVR until it’s delivered.
as for palsapp. I’ve tracked dozens of trucks to my dealer in Louisiana and not a single one of them, including the delivered ones, has ever shown anything other than null in PA. Don’t even check that because it doesn’t mean anything. Also, it won’t change status on United road until the truck has reached the rail head and is ready for pick up to be scheduled.

Thanks! FYI my truck is headed for New Orleans, where it will be transferred to truck for delivery to my dealer in South Mississippi.

Mine is en route to New Orleans right now as well. Just keep reaching out to ford chat or dealer to see if you can get a rail car #. Once you get that, call the automated Norfolk southern line as often as you want and get updates. Since I’ve been checking daily, it has gone through about 7 scanner locations already. Once it gets to New Orleans, I’m expecting about 2 more weeks to get it picked up and delivered to dealer.

Called the Norfolk Southern tracer number, says my truck left on a rail flat car from somewhere in Kentucky (sounded like "Morlan Scanner") at 3:20 a.m. on May 16. Wonder how long it takes to get from there to New Orleans?

Same happened here. Tuesday got email saying built and deliver 6/5 - 6/11. 24 hrs later I get a email saying its 7/25 - 7/31.

It sucks these delays continue to happen. FWIW, my truck spent 8 weeks in "shipped" status. According to my dealer last Friday, they've had a lot of trouble finding drivers to move vehicles from railyards, and have been hiring out companies and contractors they normally had never used before, so it's created a backlog. No idea if it's true, but it seems plausible.

United Roads still shows inactive. I have been calling the Norfolk Southern number with my rail car number (got it from dealer), but no updates since the May 16, 3:20 a.m. loaded on a flat car in Kentucky. Do you know what stops are made, or how long it takes to get from the Kentucky auto center to New Orleans?

Lmao awesome ours are on the same train as that’s the exact time and place mine was last scanned on 4-16
Eta: it’s Moreland, KY. From what I’ve seen it’s anywhere from about 6-10 days to New Orleans than another week or 2 to get picked up and brought to dealer. I’d say second of week of June at the latest we should have ours. Also, once it last scans as arrived in New Orleans it typically takes about 2 days to populate as “pending pickup” on the UR site
