It appears we might be contributing to high morale at Ford as the IT person says, "watch what happens when I change this guy's ETA to Jun 15th! And then back to Feb 5th!" ?

Does anyone have a browser that is working for the Vehicle Tracker?

Haven't had any problems using Chrome on my phone or MS Edge on the desktop. Seems to work everytime.

Looks like things are back to normal for everyone and everything is running on schedule. My Estimated Delivery is still 2/16/22 on the tracker. However, I called Ford Marketing to see if they knew the reason for the discrepancy in the Estimated Delivery dates. The lady confirmed my delivery (2/16/22), but told me that I WAS on a chip hold. So, in the last 24 hours, I went from an estimated delivery of 2/22/22 and no chip hold to an estimated delivery of 2/16/22 with a chip hold. Exciting stuff.

Just checked the Ford Tracker for me (I'm embarrassed to say how many times I've checked today!) and my Chapman order still shows a 5/1 ETA. I don't expect it to change (if it does) until tomorrow or the next day.

Chip hold and earlier delivery sounds fair enough!!

I agree. Oddly enough, I checked my dealer's website and my truck is listed on there. About a minute after checking the website, my sales rep texted me and said that he just found out that my truck should be delivered in mid-February. That's not 100% certain, but it's further confirmation that things are moving along. I'm feeling waaaaaaay better than I did last night!
