Already got my short stub antennae replacement. Ordering husky weather mats and a diamondback HD once we get closer to delivery
Send me the link for the stubby antenna! I didn't get one yet. I won't use FM radio anyway, only play on my phone or use SIRIUSXM. Not doing any floor mats for me, I just decided to order the Ford weather mats. Nice choice on the Diamondback cover. Well built. They are actually manufactured 30 minutes from my house. I am from State College, Pennsylvania. (Penn State University)

Just called Ford marketing for the hell of it. They told me that my truck was on hold at the plant for a "microchip shortage" but was still showing an ETA to the dealer for 2/14. We will see lol

Sorry to hear that, you were so close. I'm sure the rest of us will be in the same situation.

Looking into dura coating too for the tires
I may be biased but I dont really care for tire shine. I like a matte clean look. I was thinking about ceramic coating my truck.

Lets break the ice, how long does everyone typically keep their vehicles? And how long do they plan on keeping their ordered truck until they trade out of it? I have been on the 2 to 3 year trade in cycle the last few vehicles

Nice build. I traded in early my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500. Liked it, but didn’t love it. Ready to swap to team Ford

Expected delivery 2/9. Blend date yesterday but doesn’t show as built.

I ordered when I did in hopes of getting the truck by April-May for the trip home so it’s good news/bad news.

That said, I’m outfitting the truck first as parts (and the truck) were so much cheaper in the lower 48. Might also park it a month or two before the long haul to let the weather improve. (I’ll have plenty of winters to beat it up.)

On hand: floor liners, window vents, wheel well liners, running boards and brush guard and the sound delete gizmo offered up by our own forum member.
On order for install: Snugtop topper.

This truck upgrades my current 2007 F150. That truck will go to my folks to replace their ‘92 F150. Thusly, I expect to get 10+ years out of this truck.

We are keeping our vehicles between 11 and 15 years on average.

You definitely have more accessories than I do! I don’t plan on driving mine when it snowy/salt all over the roads. Trying to keep this thing mint!
