@dwigit_99 Still no news, the tracker still says in transit with a delivery date of July 17th. Sad to say but we are treated like Mushrooms (kept in the dark and fed bullshit)

I think I would have won the last to receive award if I had stayed with this order. My 1/10 build is still showing in production, no build date, no ETA even. Sure glad I had made two orders at different dealers. Already have 4800 miles on the new one...

It’s been a very long time since we were able to track progress with Jack Cooper Trucking without the fix. I don’t recall what’s needed to see if they’ve taken possession or completed a move. Any way someone that did the work around could check the status of my truck?

Even with the workaround I couldn't get their site to work. Ordertrack.app was the most updated source of information. It showed my truck shipped and delivered before the Ford tracker was updated.

Bonus, the Ordrtrack.app was so accurate it showed my truck delivered before the dealer called me to let me know so I could go see it before the dealer did the PDI. Let me see how dirty the truck really was as well as judge how well they did on the PDI.

Thank you. I did contact Jack Cooper and they told me that they aren’t the carrier so I think I’ll just stick with the Ordertracker app. at this point. Appreciate it.

Not sure if you had tried United Roads but if you haven't give them a try.

Funny you say that; I tried them as well. Apparently they don’t have record of my VIN. The dealership claims they use many carriers and couldn’t or wouldn’t tell me who was contracted for the move. I‘m not at all surprised with the lack of help from them. They‘ve lost my business after this deal.

Never understood why everything has to be so damn secretive. It's understandable when trucks were on lots ready to go that not many orders were custom but now with nearly all orders being custom they have to get better with tracking.

Have you been able to get a copy of your Vehicle Visibility Report? Some had stated that the VVR will sometimes show the rail car # after their truck has shipped. Mine hasn't shipped yet but I've asked both my dealer and Ford Chat online to provide me all the details listed in the VVR and they've done that in the past.

Yes, I did that. I was able to track the truck by rail to the final rail destination. It’s now just sitting at the rail hub awaiting transport by truck to the dealership. Thank you though!
