There are two issues I reckon that sets any mats apart...

1. The ability of the passenger side mat to stay in place.. my factory current ones annoy me no end..
2. Whether the rear mat has up turned edges (to contain any liquids)... My last lariat had a mat that had an edge that saved me when the better half managed to break a 1.75L Jack Daniels bottle on the floor... As a JD drinker, the disaster of both the loss of the bottle and the overflow into the carpet was offset by the relief that the raised edges of the mat contained quite a bit of the JD...??

I prefer floor mats that contains liquids. There is nothing worse than when law enforcement sprays Luminol and the carpet glows.
