“+” button on backup camera screen not working after Recall?

I recently had my 2021 Lariat serviced and they did the update for the recall on the screen issues (black/locked up when in reverse).
I noticed this weekend that the “+” button that used to change the view from the side-angle back up to a more “vertical” view to align the trailer hitch is no longer working.
anyone else experiencing this? That was a super useful feature!

While not the same situation,no recall performed or anything. Yesterday in my '22 while I was backing up to a trailer the little + button would not work until the trailer hitch was in view when the + button was pressed. I never have noticed this before so maybe you have to be close to a trailer for it to work.

If you havent already try pressing the + button while backing up and close to a trailer or possibly when you have some object close to the vehicle when backing up.

in the past, I've used it to view my proximity to curbs and parking lines, so it defintely worked without anything there in the past...

Mine has always been intermittent too, which has been frustrating. I've figured out if you push the "Pro Trailer Backup Assist" button ON then back OFF it always has allowed me to use the zoom feature afterwards.

Did anyone get this issue resolved? I didn’t get the update but now my camera physical button no longer works as well at the + and arial 360 view.
